If your identity information has changed and one of the following conditions is met, you can go to to your KYC page to update.
You may also contact our chatbot support via the Crypto4Winners dashboard to update your information.
Reasons for updating your Identity Verification include:
The documents have expired;
The name on the document has changed;
The ID number on the document has changed;
The nationality has changed;
Update or replace your existing documents to meet specific requirements;
Change the name to a system-recognizable language (e.g., from local-language ID card to English-language passport).
You cannot transfer your account to another person or substitute another person’s ID for your ID.
Go to the KYC page through your Crypto4Winners dashboard.
Check your error status and click on “Upload new”.
3. Follow the steps to complete your KYC.
4. Please wait patiently for the system to process your update request. Once complete, you will receive an email notification.
5. Once our system has validated your KYC process, you will see the final status “Completed”, as described below:
