Deposit to an expired wallet address

Occasionally, Crypto4Winners' wallet service provider may upgrade its wallet infrastructure to ensure enhanced efficiency and security of the wallet. Consequently, we will be discontinuing the current deposit addresses, and we will notify all our customers via email and our social media channels with reasonable notice.

If you mistakenly send cryptocurrency to an expired address, any subsequent deposits made to that address may not be automatically credited to your account. To retrieve your funds and transfer them from the old address to the new one, we will need to manually transfer funds between addresses.

The complexity of the transaction will determine the fees levied by our wallet service provider, typically ranging between $200 and $500 (converted in the appropriate crypto), to process the transfer. Such fees will be deducted upfront from your funds when crediting the new address.

Example:

  • you send ETH from your crypto-exchange to the Crypto4Winners'USDT wallet address
