If you've lost your mobile phone and can no longer access your authenticator app, fear not. Crypto4Winners has a solution to help you regain access to your account.

Simply follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to Crypto4Winners

  • fill the fields with your email address and password

  • click on Login

  • click on Reset 2FA

Step 2: Reset 2FA Process

Our platform will verify the selfie to ensure that it's the same person who previously completed the KYC process. If the verification is successful, we will disable the 2FA on your account.

Step 3: Login to Your Account

After disabling the 2FA, you will be able to log in to your account without the need for a 2FA code. However, it's important to note that this makes your account less secure. Therefore, we highly recommend that you set up a new 2FA to increase the security of your account.

Go to your dashboard and:

  • click on Settings on the left menu

  • activate your preferred 2FA method(s)

Conclusion

Losing access to your authenticator app can be a frustrating experience, but our platform has a solution to help you regain access to your account. Contact our Chat Bot and follow the steps outlined above to disable the 2FA on your account, and don't forget to set up a new 2FA to keep your account secure.
