How do I verify my identity?

Before accessing your wallet, please follow the steps below to get verified:

  • Access your own personal menu in the upper right corner of your dashboard

  • Select the Identity Verification option

  • Fill out all required fields

  • Click on Update

  • Follow the KYC process

  • You will be notified via email once the processing of your KYC has been validated

In case of a manual review of your account, the validation process can range up to 5 business days. Please contact us if you have not received any response after this short period of time.

🪪 Proof of identity:

Your identity document should have been valid for at least 1 month from the date of submission. The following documents are accepted:

  • ID Card

  • Passport

  • Driver license

📍Proof of address:

Documents for proof of address should clearly indicate your full name, full address and an issue date.

Your document should have been valid for at least 3 months from the date of submission. The following documents are accepted:

  • bank/credit card statement (Not a bank account number)

  • utility bill (gas, electricity, water, internet)

  • Documents issued by your a public institution of your residence country (tax invoice, residential statement/certificate)

❌ We don't accept:

  • Screenshots

  • Mobile phone bills

  • Medical bills

  • Receipts for purchases

  • Insurance statements
